#FashionFriday OOTD

So yeah this is late. Sorry about that! Third year is kind've tough, who knew?! 

On Friday I wasn't doing anything particularly special but I fancied a day of looking decent and not spending the whole day in my pjs (as has become a regular occurrence). 

Sorry for the poor quality of this photo. I haven't worn jeans in what feels like forever. I just hate the feel of them. The button at the front which digs in every time you sit down. The baggy back that doesn't fit my massive bum. Needless to say, jeans are not my favourite. But these bad boys are from Dorothy Perkins. They're sort of a jeans/jeggings combo. Stretchy tops are my new favourite thing. 

My shirt is new from Boohoo. I am absolutely in love with it. It's sheer, long sleeved, with a cute daisy detail on the collar. God rest my beating heart. My jumper is an oldie but a bargain goodie. This one is from Topshop in their February sale. I love a bit of chunky jewellery and on a jumper is even better. My house mates think they look like fireworks. 

These boots are a relatively recent purchase from New Look. I essentially have these pair of shoes only with a higher heel but found I never wore them. The heel was just a bit too high for daytime and too 'boot-like' to go out in. So I bought the same in a lower heel and I love them. Comfortable to walk in, wearable under jeans but also with a skirt. I think they look particularly fabulous with frilly trim socks.
