DAY 8: Christmas Party Outfit 2

Where would your Christmas party be without a little bit of sparkle and glamour. You might as well enter looking like you’ve stepped off a red carpet as, if the party is a success, you won’t be looking so fabulous at the end of the evening.

This week were focusing on ASOS which my friend has only just told me means As Seen On Screen. Who knew? And yes this might technically be cheating but this is still buying it all in one place...

I love a bit of ostentatious glam as much as the next person but you can’t go too overboard or else you might look like a bit of a bauble staggering around drunk. Especially bad if you’re not attending a fancy dress party. But I digress.

This maxi dress is the perfect Christmas party staple piece. You can glam it up with heels and dress down with white converse. I also love that it looks like separates. Crop tops have been all the rage in 2014, some better than others, and I’m glad we’re now seeing a move into a higher neck simpler style. Clean and fabulous.
